Issue #4630: Request to increase fedorapeople quota - fedora-infrastructure

Hi,

I'd be hosting a couple of variants of OpenStack pre-configured disk images of (xz-compressed) size about 400 MB, for testing.

It'd be helpful to have my current quota increased to 4GB (or 5 GB only if reasonable but not mandatory).
