It would be nice to have a regular public backup of fedora-tagger's db available for development purposes (kind of like we do pkgdb and datanommer now here http://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/infra/db-dumps/ )
There is no sensitive information in the db that shouldn't be made public. The most sensitive would be "who voted on what", but that is already public in datanommer's data anyways.
This is needed in particular to try some optimizations. The app has been responding slowly of late.
Should be easy to add... will need a freeze break, but should be easy to review too.
