Everyone seemed to like "council" over "board" for the new body. Therefore, I guess it's time to rename things. I sincerely hope that this is the last one for a very very long time!

Just to note: we are going to wait on this until the council is officially in existance. ;)
We could also leave the board stuff and close it for historical record and make new council stuff.
We've set a schedule for this — Council is to take effect after elections are concluded, so: November 26th is our target date here.
I think that the new board trac is new enough that it doesn't need a historical record. We might make a new council-private trac.
I'd like the keep the board-discuss (since it has a history of subscribers), and I guess I'm undecided about board-private.
