I like to request a new (private) mailing list for the new python-sig group in fas. I'll create a bugzilla account once the mailing list is created. Could you please set up filtering rules, so that bugzilla password resets and the like are to be monitored? Furthermore, I like to request a new pkgdb and fas group for the python-sig.
Is this a two step process? I.e. you create the mail and wait until I created the bugzilla account and then create the new group? Or is it possible to create the group directly and I create the bugzilla account thereafter?

The list has been created https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/python-sig/, I believe you should have received the email with the admin password.
From there, you should be able to Configure the mailing-list the way you want (ie: private, subscription moderated, email from bugzilla with a certain topic filtered) Edit the group's details in FAS to set the address of the mailing-list Create the bugzilla account for this list go to pkgdb, and give ACL to group::python-sig
