Both of the PSU's are broken.

Currently, we have one of the broken PSUs swapped with one of the PSUs of download-rdu02.

An IBM ticket is open with case number A085 Y3Y.

New PSUs should arrive 17-09-2014, and will be installed by platops.

Both PSUs have been replaced.
