Hm. I'm not sure exactly how we'd be able to make this available to cvsextras. Giving a group access to fedorahosted requires setting a specific group type, and cvsextras is already a cvs group. Here are some options:

1. Implement multiple types per group (not sure this is a good idea - it can make things more complex than they need to be)
2. Automatically add cvsextras members to gitfedora-quotes (also not the cleanest way to do things - auto-adding on groups can be confusing).
3. Just host it on fedorapeople, with FS acls to allow cvsextras to commit - this seems like the easiest thing to me right now, but let me know if you have any other suggestions/specific needs for this.

How about just create the thing for now, with the normal project group creation policy, and we'll worry about making it world-writable (or at least promiscuously writable) later.

Let's discuss in the next meeting and try and get this resolved. I suggest that anyone in "cla_done" can commit to the fedora-quotes repo. It should be pretty easy to revert any vandalism that occurs (much like the wiki).
