I wanted to add subcategories to the videos trac as there are for the infra tickets.
For instance a reporter could see different templates for a new video request/correcting a existing video/submitting a video idea etc.

This needs to be done by the trac admin (which is you ;)) using the admin panel on the top right.

Closing this, since it isn't something the infra team needs to do.
