= background analysis =

Latam-user mailing list was requested by the agreement on one LATAM Ambassador meeting to replace the list that was hosted in projectofedora.org which was no longer accessible. This was requested on ticket 3848

To the current day there was only one message on the archive, which was a test message.
This can be due several reasons. Most likely lack of communication. But the ask instance in Spanish has been a great success. There is also the fact that this list has a strong overlap with es-user.

It may be view as a duplicity. I was not aware of such list when I made the request.

I am also aware that the es-user has not been active in this year, but it has an archive of messages.

Delete latam-users mailing list as this list is generating moderation request that only account for spam and that is a waste of bandwidth and processor capacity.
