It looks very much 220 pages of spam (only the ticket number 2 and 3 seems to be valid one).

So:
* is the openid login buggy?
* is the trac badly configured wrt login?
* should we drop the project (last revision in svn: 6 years ago)?
* should we just clear the DB for ticket whose id are greater than 3?

They configured it to allow anon ticket create. ;(
Perhaps we should put in place a check script that detects this state and tells us.

I deleted all the spam tickets and set it to require auth to create tickets for now. Hopefully that will take care of it.
