#4459 create persistent proxy firewall rule for resultsdb-stg01

At the moment, the firewall rule allowing resultsdb-stg01.qa to show up as taskotron.stg.fedoraproject.org/resultsdb is not persistent and needs to be added every time the host is rebooted.

Please add the needed rule to the persistent iptables configuration.
