Specifically, I'd like:

1. The "advisory-board" mailing list renamed to "board-discuss". Preferably, this would be a rename rather than a new list (with an alias for the old name?), but I don't know how much of a pain that is. We could do a new list and close the old one if necessary.

2. fedora-advisory-board IRC channel closed down, #fedora-board created with zodbot and so on. (If #fedora-advisory-board can be made to bounce people to that channel, so much the better.)

3. Rename existing "board" trac instance to "board-private", carrying all existing tickets. (If this is not possible, close existing instance and create new one with that name.)

4. Create a new public trac named "board". (If the rename wasn't possible, "board-public" would be okay -- but less ideal.)
