migrate haproxy puppet module to ansible. See ticket 4198 for an example that did this for migrating unbound instances.
It's fine/good to get this migrated, but note that we need to migrate all the roles on the proxies before we can test/enable this in production. ;)
This is done now as part of our recent ansible FAD.
