#4293 change taskotron-dev01.qa VM hostname to taskotron-stg01.qa and rebuild as fedora 20

We've decided to skip a taskotron-dev system for now due to the number of available machines and would like to have the hostname changed on the existing taskotron-dev01 VM to indicate that it's a stg system.

Also, it turns out that we need to be running fedora 20 on that system due to a needed dep, so please rebuild the VM as f20.

changing title to get rid of old, invalid hostname
