Issue #4254: Give more space to jenkins - fedora-infrastructure

Our jenkins isntance is currently having:

/dev/vdb1 5.0G 4.7G 17M 100% /var/lib/jenkins
}}}

Which is not enough to keep jenkins running happily. Could you please give it more space?

I'm thinking that 20G would keep us happy for a little longer but we can also see a little larger.

Made a new 50G persistent volume.

We can destroy the old one once we have everything copied over.
