When I try to spin up VM from Fedora Cloud, it timeouts.
It seems that VM itself is spin up (as I see it in output of /bin/euca-describe-instances, but it never get IP assigned)
This block Copr - is is unable to spin up new builder.
I think we have this working again. ;(
