Issue #4172: APAC trac says it needs upgrade? - fedora-infrastructure

I attempted to enable the "ticket template" plugin on the apac trac. Now all it says is:

TracError: The Trac Environment needs to be upgraded.

Run "trac-admin /srv/web/trac/projects/fedora-apac upgrade"

Can someone please do this for us?
