The trac is used for reimbursements. People need to upload pdf scans of the receipts they collect for each expenditure.

= background analysis =
Since the pdf files contain scanned images, they're slightly large in size. Sometimes they're also multipaged scans.

These can't be uploaded with the current 256K limit.

= implementation recommendation =
Can the upload limit please be increased? I don't have a number, though. Maybe 1MB or 2MB would suffice?
