= phenomenon = Ambassadors need to upload scanned pdfs of receipts for reimbursement.
= background analysis = Some of these are multi-paged pdfs and fail to upload since the upload limit appears to be 256k.
= implementation recommendation = Would it be possible to increase the upload limit? I don't have a number in mind. May be 2MB would do?
Any of the admins for that instance should be able to do this.
{{{ bckurera TRAC_ADMIN harishpillay TRAC_ADMIN mspevack TRAC_ADMIN susmit TRAC_ADMIN }}}
If for some reason none of them is able, we can add someone further...
Thanks Kevin. Susmit and Max haven't been active recently. I'll see if I can get in touch with Buddhike or Harish.
I just noticed that the trac admins already receive mails from all trac tickets. It sort of already implies that they're not keeping an active eye on the trac any more :(
I've sent them a private email anyway.
I got a mailer delivery failure message and noticed that the trac mails {{{susmit@fdoraproject.org}}}, (notice the missing e in fedora). Really not sure how this happened. I thought mails were just sent to fas@fedoraproject.org..
That can happen if you manually go into preferences in that trac instance and set your email to something. You might mention to them that it's wrong there and they should correct it.
Hi Kevin,
We haven't heard back from the current admins, and it doesn't seem as if they've increased the image upload size either[1]. I haven't received any reply at all, not even one to acknowledge the request. Given that they didn't respond to the initial mail notification from the apac trac either, I think they're probably just too busy at the moment. Can you please add Tuan (fas tuanta) and/or me (fas ankursinha) as admins? We actively run the meetings and handle the trac tickets.
I only mailed them 3 days ago but there are now a few admin tickets that we need handled and the delay isn't helping.
