Hi,
Because web hosting is not so compatible with wordpress, I want to change the setting of this domain to blogger.
Please change Domain Name System (DNS) settings and enter the following two CNAMEs:
|| Name, Label, or Host field || Destination, Target, or Points To field || || id || ghs.google.com || || ehtgcna4m5k7 || gv-d63h53xeum6435.dv.googlehosted.com ||
Kind Regards.
Please note that all software running in the Fedora Infrastructure must be open source, and I think that should could for this sort of references as well.
So I would like to know why you really need to use a proprietary system such as blogger, because there are enough other FOSS software packages that are good with hosting websites and blogs.
We also need to check that arifiauo is the actual manager of the running id.fco domain.
Sorry Arif, we got several domain request/conflicts on the past with your community, and I am in remote I can't check here. Want to avoid new ones..
But as told above, running an Open Source platform would better fit the Fedora Project values.

Actually I do not think that far. Just think to use the domain as it should be, because there is someone who buys domains using fedora.web.id and then "forget" id.fedoracommunity.org
If this is not supposed to be done, this ticket does not need to be followed up. Please close this ticket.
Kind Regards
Alright, I were referring to https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/advisory-board/2012-May/011570.html
From which it appears you where originally behind id.fco. Therefore my comment can be forgotten.
So, while I agree we should ask Fedora communities to use free software wherever possible, there's currently no requirements for what platforms or software communities could use. Perhaps this could be a discussion for the Board?

I have updated dns for this domain, it should be active in an hour or so.

Still not active,maybe we need to add four separate A-records which point to four different Google IPs.

216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
216.239.38.21
Well, thats not the process according to:
https://support.google.com/blogger/troubleshooter/1233381?hl=en#ts=1734117
Can you doublecheck you did all the settings changes they mention there? The dns is setup I think the way they want.
When I try to enter id.fedoracommunity.org, I see an error message. "We have not been able to verify your authority to this domain. Error 12." On your domain registrar's website, locate your Domain Name System (DNS) settings and enter the following two CNAMEs: || Name, Label, or Host field || Destination, Target, or Points To field || || id || ghs.google.com || || ehtgcna4m5k7 || gv-d63h53xeum6435.dv.googlehosted.com ||
Any Ideas?
Should I enter www.id.fedoracommunity.org? If yes, then
||Name, Label, or Host field||Destination, Target, or Points To field|| ||www||ghs.google.com|| ||v6tqzwzalhz7||gv-ffibfsyzfczcrt.dv.googlehosted.com||
I think I might see the problem. I added ehtgcna4m5k7.id.fedoracommunity.org but I think it's expecting it to just be ehtgcna4m5k7.fedoracommunity.org. I've changed that now, can you see if it's working?
