datanommer stores a ''lot'' of data, and will be storing significantly more data when we start to import old data from other databases.

We talked in #fedora-apps about spinning up a new database server specifically for datanommer storage. Part of the reason is to reduce load on the main database, but another reason is to be able to make changes to the datanommer database (if necessary) without affecting all of our other postgres databases.
