Ok, step 1 is complete: https://fedorahosted.org/proyectofedora-infrastructure/ is hooked up to fedmsg now.

For step 2, we need to configure fedmsg-irc to join #fedora-latam and #proyecto-fedora. We can do that in the puppet repo by editing modules/fedmsg/templates/fedmsg.d/ircbot.py.erb, but we'll need to wait until the beta freeze is over (which should be November 13th).

A bot named fedmsg-pfi is logged into #proyecto-fedora now. Please let me know if it is not working as expected.
