Would you like a Trac instance for your project?: yes

Do you need a mailing list? If so, comma-separate a list of what you'd like them to be called. Otherwise, put "no":
(Note that mailing lists must begin with your project name)
fedora-uk-ambassadors, fedora-uk-members

Why do you need a separate trac instance and mailing list for fedora UK ambassadors, instead of collaborating with the Fedora EMEA Ambassadors?

Hi,
The seperate instances are required as the Fedora UK community, although do collaborate with the EMEA, are a recently setup seperate entity. There is a fairly sizeable presence in the UK which is going to be represented by this community.

In order to move this forward better communications methods are required, these being the above requests.

We do still intend to work with and feed into the EMEA community but we are now at a point where it seems prudent to push the UK community forward.

Hope this is ok.

ok. One more question/comment:

we don't allow the words 'fedora' or 'list' in our list names. Since the lists are from '@lists.fedoraproject.org' it's pretty clear that it's a list email and from fedora. ;)

so, would 'uk-ambassadors' be ok?

For users lists, we do either 'country-code-users' or 'country-code-community', but do you have enough users to make a list? Are uk users unable to just use the normal 'users' list? Typically we make users/community lists for areas where english isn't the normal language, but in this case would the users list work for your users?

Hi, uk-ambassadors would be fine. I actually thought that after I'd posted.

As far as the users list goes, uk-users would be great. We decided to ask for a users list so we didn't have to request it at a later date.
Lets stick with just the uk-ambassadors for now.

ok. Done. You should have gotten the admin password in email.

Let us know if you need anything further.
