https://fedorahosted.org/javapackages/ was created some time ago but in reality all development/bugreports go into bugzilla. Trac instance just confused a few people who filed bugs but received no reply (Due to people not having emails set up I'd assume)

= recommendation =
Remove https://fedorahosted.org/javapackages/ trac instance.
