We would like to help Hungarian Fedora users with a mailing list where we can discuss our problems, coordinate some things like events, that's why I would request a mailing list for Hungarian Fedora users.
Could I request ​fedora-hungary@lists.fedoraproject.org ?

We don't allow the words "fedora" or "lists" in our lists. Since the domain is "lists.fedoraproject.org" that should be enough to tell folks it's both a list and from Fedora. ;)
What we have done in other places is either:
{CountryCode|regionname}-users or -community
So, would any of:
{{{ hu-users hu-community hungary-users hungary-community }}}
work for you?
