Could you please add golang-sig as a pseudo user to package db? And could you please set up alias to golang@lists.fedoraproject.org ?

It will be used for monitoring bugs and Git changes. I already created Bugzilla account for golang-sig user.

Done.

The bot user should exist now and get emails, etc... let us know if you run into any problems with it or need anything further.
