Issue #4072: mirror fi-b.unam.mx appears broken - fedora-infrastructure

We got a report from a user that they were unable to download an iso from the fi-b.unam.mx mirror.

The email report can be seen on the websites list [1].

I'm copying the mirror owner on ticket to address the issue.

I have disabled the mirror for now. Although the crawler is not able to successfully crawl the mirror

Server load exceeded - try later (8 seconds)

it is still marked as up to date.

Adding external address, since they don't have a fedoraproject alias. ;)

This mirror seems fine now.
