QA is doing a demo of phabricator for use in our automation development efforts and would like to have dns aliases pointing to a specific floating IP in the private cloud.

Specifically, we're requesting that qadevel.cloud.fedoraproject.org and phab.qadevel.fedoraproject.org point at the same floating IP (209.132.184.197)

Oops, I made a mistake. The two DNS entries were supposed to be:
