The version of flask-fas-openid released in the current python-fedora does not contain fixes needed to make the login work on staging.

Nuancier has a hotfix in roles/nuancier/templates/flask_fas_openid.py to get the latest version from upstream

Fix merged and deployed with python-fedora-0.3.33
