Right now, the qa.fedoraproject.org dns entry is not pointing to anything even though we're using it for the blocker tracking application.

We'd like to have the bare http(s)://qa.fedoraproject.org/ redirect to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA so that it doesn't look like qa.fp.o doesn't exist.
