Hi,

Would it be possible to change the default user assigned new bugs in
Fedora's openstack-packstack to me (mmagr)? Derek Higgins does not work on the Packstack anymore.

You should be able to do this in pkgdb:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/openstack-packstack

and have Derek release ownership and you can take it.

If you are unable to reach Derek, please reopen and we can try and contact him to get an ack for changing ownership.
