We need to check all non closed bugs in the Package Review component and see if they have a cc to package-review@lists.fedoraproject.org. If not, we need to add that to them so the review list gets any comments to them again.

Many of them had the cc dropped when bugzilla was putting a 'unsubscribe me from this bug' link in footers of all emails sent to the list. This is now fixed and the package-review users emails won't have this footer. (see bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1002352 )

tyll had a script to try and do this, possibly we should run it as the fedora-admin user.
