#4031 [PATCH] review-stats: use HTTPS links everywhere

Closed: Fixed Opened Sep 30, 2013 by patches.

When accessing the review status pages over HTTPS with modern versions of Firefox and Chrome, they fail to display properly since the review status templates hardcode links to insecure HTTP in several places. This fixes those links to use HTTPS everywhere.
