The news@ mailing list is really no longer used, with the end of Fedora Weekly News. We still get people signing up for the list + thinking it's current, so we need to make sure we scrub the wiki for instances referring people to the list (which I can do) and disable subscriptions/hide the mailing list (which I cannot) so we don't continue getting subscriptions.
