Per our discussion[1], I have edited aliases in lockbox as following:
webmaster: fedora-websites-list@redhat.com
However, it still does not forwarding webmaster email to fedora-websites-list
Please take a look at this issue in priority as we need working webmaster@fedoraproject.org
Alternatively, we could use anonymous ticketing in Trac as Karsten suggests[2].

Anonymous ticketing will be a last last resort. I actually don't have access to the fedora-websites-list. Can one of you guys send me the password?
Ok this is setup. It does NOT have any spam filtering yet. I'm working on that.
