Please create a new FAS group called openstack-m.

= background analysis =

I'd like to create a yum repo on fedorapeople that uses that group. It will host various packages for projects related to the openstack-m (openstack management) effort. Some of the packages are for upstream projects, some are for Red Hat sponsored projects, and other various dependencies not yet packaged.

If possible, I'd like my account (slagle) to be an admin for the group so I can add/remove other FAS accounts to the group.
