Issue #3989: sudo does not work on retrace02 for 'retrace' group members - fedora-infrastructure

Trying to set up retrace02.qa.fedoraproject.org I found I am not allowed to sudo on that host, while it works fine on retrace01.

I believe sudo is bound with the 'retrace' group membership.

= implementation recommendation =
Fix the sudoers file so that sudo is allowed on both retrace01 and retrace02.
