I'm pretty sure there doesn't yet exist a libravatar trac plugin.. but one of us should write one, test it out, then deploy widely!
badges.fedoraproject.org is already on libravatar.
FAS integration coming soon (but we don't have to wait for it)
I mailed the author of trac-vatar-plugin asking if he might be willing to add support.
Will see what he says.
OK! It's installed and in. We are switched over to libravatar now.
