As the latest IBM Power 7R2 has now been racked we still need to finalize the bring up. This is the official request to do so.
So far Brent Baude and Stephen Smoogen have been performing those in the past, but Brent is on PTO the next week, so Gustavo from IBM volunteered to help with the setup.

Work has been handed over to dwa and brent to finish up. Currently hardware is being painful.
