Right now the badges content (rules, svgs, pngs) lives in a git repo on lockbox /git/badges. It is writable only by sysadmin-badges.

We want some set of people in the design team to be able to commit to it directly. The easiest way it seems to do that is to set up a fedorahosted git repo.
