The FH Trac pages of Transifex is not maintained for a few years now. The upstream instance lives for a while now at https://www.transifex.com/ (where Fedora L10n is hosted too) and the repo is at https://github.com/transifex/transifex.

If there is no reason to keep it, let's just delete it and redirect to transifex.com.

Are there any other bits remaining which we don't need any more?

There should be a redirect in place now, please let us know if there's anything that needs to be adjusted on it.
