Issue #3857: Please redirect cloud.fedoraproject.org to "get fedora cloud" page - fedora-infrastructure

For F19, http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-options#cloud is going to be both beautiful and functional.

But it's hard to find, and I can never remember what to type, and it's hard to tell to other people.

Please make http[s]://cloud.fedoraproject.org/ redirect to http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-options#cloud
