We created a symlink from http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-grizzly/rdo-release-grizzly.noarch.rpm to http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-grizzly/rdo-release-grizzly-3.noarch.rpm - but attempts to dereference the former give a 503 error (404 now, symlink has removed in the meantime).

Since the release instructions should not change every time we make a minor change to the release RPM, we would like to use a symlink to make the link stay the same across updates.

I've added FollowSymLinks for the openstack subdir.

It will only work if the file owner matches.

If you want that turned off - let us know.
