Well, I don't know why using green as the need sponsor status.

In general most people would think that this ticket is approved.

Can we change it to yellow or something else?

The color is clearly described at the top of the document; I don't see any point in changing a report that has been that way for many years. Green was chosen long before I started messing with that report, and honestly I can't see why anyone would think that the tickets had already been approved given that it's a report about tickets to be reviewed.

And honestly, changing to yellow or red would give a negative connotation to those tickets which I think would be a bad idea.
