Please create a new Fedora Bugzilla component for the new planning process. The idea is that for every (accepted) Change Proposal (was Feature) the tracking bug is created in Bugzilla. This will allow us (hopefully) better tracking of the progress of change development and risks (for new changes with package reviews assigned, blocking bugs etc.).

bugzilla is too slow to browse through the links on the administrative website to add a new component for Fedora (because Fedora has many many packages. We get ProxyErrors if we try). However, there is a way to do this.
Browse through the administration area to another product's edit component interface (I used Fedora Documentation). Click to add a new component to that. Then modify the url so that you can bring up the form to add a component to the Fedora product instead of this other product.) (in the current bugzilla this is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/editcomponents.cgi?action=add&product=Fedora ) Go to that URL in the browser and enter the new component.
