ykksm and ykval dbs were moved from db01 to db-fas. However, old copies of the dbs are still on the db01 server. Since data in there is potentially sensitive, we want to delete those.

= implementation recommendation =

I've renamed them to ykksm_old and ykval_old on db01. Let's leave them until after Tuesday, May 7th (when we'll be doing reboots of machines in production) and if nothing is broken we'll be extra sure that everything is using the new databases correctly.
