The account is a bot account, it's used simply for it's email, there shouldn't be any need to access it directly, and it actually has no password set, so you cannot login as it directly. See: https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/3625#comment:7

For now, you should have several members of the team with 'approveacls' on the packages the team works on.
Then those people can approve/remove acls. This also allows auditing (if 'packaging-team' added someone, we have no way of knowing who that was).

Down the road we are working on adding group handling to pkgdb. This should allow much better handling of this, adding people to groups, etc.

I saw that there wasn't anyone with approveacls on the libsolv package so I took the liberty of granting that to your (akozumpl) account. All the other packages owned by packaging-team have at least one person with approveacls on them.
