Please clean xmvn hosted project from leftover git lock files.
Due to recent problems with fedorahosted some git lock files were left in /srv/git. Presence of these lock files prevents us from pushing commits or new tags to the repository.
I've cleaned up the one lock I found... can you confirm that it's ok now?

[*] Except that the push operation takes an order of magnitude more time than it used to...
yes, sorry about that. It should hopefully be vastly better today after the outage at 21UTC to move storage around.
