yes, there was a db issue.

I have moved your project over to different backend storage and fixed the db.

However, I have not yet tried to redo the ticket numbers. I'm not sure how easy that is to do... so I will have to look into it.

Can you let us know if there's anything else showing issues? I'll see about renumbering.

I don't think we are having any other problems except the slowness for a couple of days. Some of our attempts to update a ticket were timed out and the writing was lost... :( But we rewrote and retried the update and eventually it went through.
