#3689 https://fedorahosted.org/releases/a/b/abrt/index.html
Closed: Fixed Opened by vda.

ABRT project looks for a place to host a few html pages with documentation, which should be accessible to users through a web browser.

I decided to try whether fedorahosted.org releases/ directory would work for this purpose.

I uploaded a test file, a dummy file index.html, to
fedorahosted.org/releases/a/b/abrt/index.html

To my horror, I discovered that this particular file name results in the default page for the abrt release directory (one which shows file list) being replaced with the uploaded file.

As you probably know and as I just discovered in FAQ, I can upload a file, I can overwrite a file with newer version, but I can't delete it.

FAQ says:

"How can I delete something I uploaded to my archive?
Please file a ticket in the fedora-infrastructure trac listing the exact file you wish removed and why"

Please delete this file. Sorry.

Done.

You may want to follow ticket #3536

That should let you have some content. We just need to get enough cycles to implement it.
