Issue #3678: Ask fedora is trying to send emails to <your_email@domain.com> - fedora-infrastructure

In some circumstances, when askbot tries to send out emails, it is now trying to send them to an incorrect address: your_email@domain.com

I can re-create this easily by trigging a 500 by hitting this bug:

For some reason, i am only getting the Mail Undelivered message to my inbox, not the original error message.

It should be sending them to sysadmin-ask@fedoraproject.org now. Thanks!
